June 2014 Update

After a few gorgeous sunny days here in the UK we’re quickly back to heavy downpours of rain, which looks to continue for the rest of the week. On a positive note that means I’ve been indoors sorting old stock. This means we’ll soon have some great discounts available, which I’ll post on our Facebook page shortly.

New Pictures Coming Soon

I have a few photoshoots booked in with some lovely local models, the pictures from which I’ll get uploaded ASAP. Most of the shoots will be of the wonderful dress selection that we have in stock, all of which are for sale now.

We’re also looking for other local models to work with to bring you more pictures of our collection. If you’re interested in getting some nice 50’s styled images for your own collection or portfolio please contact me here.

Shoe Sale Coming Soon

We have a number of pairs of shoes in stock that will soon be offered for sale. Instead of adding these items to the store I’ll likely do a blog post for them instead. All blog posts are added to our Facebook accout, a link for which can be found earlier in this post.

If you’re interested in any of the items on offer please contact us via our Facebook page or via the contact us link at the top of the page.

Leeds Tattoo Convention 2014

On May 25th Kat and I headed down to the Leeds tattoo convention to check out the artists and other vendors. Considering it’s in it first year we were blown away by the number of incredibly talented tattoo artists and the excellent turn out. We saw a good amount of people getting work done and one of our friends ended up having a special custom done of his own.

We also ran into Cervena Fox at the convention, who modelled many of our rockabilly dresses over on the retail website. She was selling recent prints, one of which we picked up. Check out her recent pictures over on her Facebook page here.

Coming Soon

Not much at the moment to tell you all sadly, though I’m going to start getting our Halloween stock sorted shortly, so that’s something.

I do have more photoshoots booked in to show off the dresses in a more natural environment than the studio. If you like the pictures when I post them up on Facebook please do give them a like, share them and let us know which ones are your favourite. All feedback is greatly appreciated.

I also plan on posting a fancy dress shops Leeds guide in the next few days. We don’t stock many men’s costumes and regularly recommend other places to buy, so I figured writing a comprehensive guide would be helpful for those of you who are local to Leeds. If this guide is popular I will consider writing further guides for other cities. If you would like to request a guide for your city please let me a comment below and I’ll see what I can do for you.
